Meet Izabella Bielinska, proprietor of ‘Piece of Cake’, a coffee and pastry shop located in Ballinrobe Co.Mayo. With the support of our Social Inclusion Community Activation Programme Izabella was able to bring her passion for baking alive by starting her own business. Now employing 2 staff, Izabella tells us about the positive impact the SICAP Programme has made to her business, and the community she lives in.
