South West Mayo Development Company are actively seeking to engage a Consultant to work with us on our tender response for the new Social Inclusion Activation Programme (SICAP) 2024 – 2028. 

The Social Inclusion and Community Action Programme (SICAP) 2018 -2022 provides funding to tackle poverty and social exclusion at a local level through local engagement and partnership between disadvantaged individuals, community organisations and public sector agencies. The next programme is believed to run from 2024 to 2028 and will be similar to the current programme.   

South West Mayo Development Company is the Programme Implementer contracted by Mayo County Council Local Community Development Committee (LCDC) to deliver the SICAP programme 2018 – 2023 in Lots 29:1 (Mayo Islands) and 29:3 (former Castlebar & Claremorris Municipal Districts) in Mayo. We anticipate tendering for similar Lots in the county of Mayo for the next SICAP programme. To support our bid for these two Lots we require the assistance of an appropriately qualified consultant in completing the tender response.
